The Buttergood family destroyed these beautiful cliffs when they were looking for oil. GED bought the land and continued prospecting, leaving the land unusable and highly toxic.

Bear Point is a cliff located in Epona. The cliff used to look healthy, but the Buttergood family started pumping oil which damaged the land. Now the soil appears dark, and plants barely grow here anymore.
Trivia
- The only way to access Bear Point is to go over the bridge connecting Bear Point to the mainland. The gate at the bridge is currently closed off and guarded by G.E.D. workers.
