Description
"One stormy night, an evil Dark Core scientist entered a lab that looked suspiciously like a stable. He carried a stolen beaker of Drakonium. He walked the length of the building, chose his subject, applied the Drakonium, and then threw open a window to let in a bolt of lightning!
A maniacal laugh echoed throughout the strange laboratory as a robotic horse became aware of his existence. Terrified and confused, the horse kicked out of his restraints and crashed past the evil scientist into the lashing rain.
'Monstrous creature!' cried the evil scientist. 'Return to do as I command!'
'I know not what I am, but I know I am not a monster' thought the newly-born creature. He ran and ran, away from his creator, in search of a friend.
Do you see a monster or a beautiful horse?"

Note: The horse must reach level 7 to perform this move.
The Bolt can perform a special move called the buck. The animation can be activated by pressing the spacebar, but only when standing still, otherwise the horse will jump instead of bucking.

Colors, Pricing, and Location
The Bolt is sold for 900 SC and can be purchased during the Halloween Festival in Galloper's Keep. It comes in one variation.
Note: This horse is released for limited periods of time and is not always in the game.
- Natural color: Grey segmented metallic body with blue and magenta electric wiring and the Dark Core logo on its barrel, with an electric wire mane and tail.
- Neutral color: Steel Grey

- Bolt uses the G3 Mustang model.
- Bolt was released as a pair with Calliope.
- While the Bolt is described as male within the in-game description, players can still choose to label the horse as a mare in the customization settings.
- Bolt was released along with a drone pet called HoverTech.
- Bolt is the first magical horse to have its own sound effects; this model makes robotic noises when in its magical form.[4] It is the third horse to have unique sound effects overall, after the Zony and the Vega.
- "Bolt" is an English noun and verb with multiple meanings, such as "lightning strike" and "a rod or pin for fastening objects together" as a noun and "to move suddenly" as a verb.[5]
