Bruce

Bruce is a shark swimming in the ocean around Fort Pinta Beach.

Appearance

Bruce has blue eyes, sharp white teeth and a gold tooth. His skin is dark grey while his stomach is much lighter.

Bruce can be seen swimming near Fort Pinta Beach multiple times a day throughout the year, but he has a larger role during the Summer Daze festival, being the center of the event. He appears in a daily quest given by Ben, in which he has eaten a tourist's item and the player must identify the correct one from before and after photos. He is also an obstacle in the Aideen Reborn Race, and the player has to feed him as one of Tim Hooper's jobs.

Trivia

• Bruce's appearance was updated on June 4, 2025 for the Summer Daze festival.
• Bruce only communicates with the player using emoticons, but Ben and Tim "speak shark" and appear to be able to understand him better.
• Originally, Tim Hooper tasked the player with feeding Bruce once a day during the Summer Beach Party event before its removal. This job later returned for the Summer Daze event.
