Cape Sorrow is a small island off the East coast of South Hoof Peninsula.

Trivia

• The area is only accessible through the quest line beginning with "Shipwrecked at Cape Sorrow", after that it cannot be accessed again.
• The player is sent back to Cape Sorrow by Darko during the main quest, more specifically the quest called "Nightmare".
