Hartwood Lookout is a lookout tower located deep in Redwood Thicket. It is possible to walk up the tower mounted or by foot, but it's narrow stairs make it difficult to climb while mounted. The lookout on the top of the tower, there is a writing station and a few open windows. There is also a fenced lookout porch on the outer side of the tower.
