Evelyn Goldspur was the former mayor of Jarlaheim before her disappearance. At the time of her disappearance, she was on her way to a new GED mine opening; she stopped by the Sunfields and Jarlassons on her way there. Ms. Drake said she never made it to the mine opening.

Etymology

The name Evelyn was originally used as a surname, meaning "wished for child". Although it has English roots, it comes from Aveline, a feminine French diminutive of the name Ava.
