Harriet is the representative for the Fort Pinta championship. They have shown themselves to be very nice. However, they are not very clever about business negotiations.
Harriet and Larry are twins and SUPPOSIDLY re-formed pirates. They seem to live in a bit of a fantasy world. It is sometimes difficult to know what is fact or fiction with them...
Background
It is unclear where these two were raised. It could be Tortuga or it could be a beach town in England. They claimed that their captain marooned them on Jorvik for excessive sea-sickness.
