Lydia Rockwell is the wife of Terrence Rockwell, and mother of Edward Rockwell. She lives with them in a large house in New Hillcrest and is good friends with Nathalie Moonriver.

Etymology

Lydia is of Greek origin and comes from the bible where the name Lydia means 'kind, kindred spirit'. Saint Lydia was born during the first century in Thyatira, a town famous in Asia Minor that was famous for it's dye works (hence her name, which means purple seller).

Trivia

• Originally, Lydia was named Lisa, but her name was changed at some point by Star Stable. The most likely reason for this was to avoid having multiple NPCs with the same name.
