Maurice Bergen is the principal of the Star Academy and brother of the astronomist Mario. He is a friendly man who believes in everyone's creativity. Prior to his time as principal, he was a front figure in the band Velvet Sky, which was signed to Dark Chord Records.
Star Academy
In the Star Academy games and comics, he gives speeches in the auditorium multiple times. In the first comic, Brittany explains that his wife felt into a coma and he became obsessed with finding a cure. Later, Disco brings Maurice his old wedding photo. In the second comic, he is very angry about the stolen statuette and when he finds out that Clarence Stillwater and Raptor are responsible for its disappearance, he tells them off quite harshly.
