Mrs. X is the leader of an organization by the name CHILL, Mrs. X's name is not revealed to anyone as she would like to keep it a secret. She can be found in Observatory 12.

In the player's first encounter with Mrs. X, she had gathered three of her members (Syntax Silverstream, Silencia Tranquila and Jupiter Peacebloom) and introduced them to the player. After all three introductions were made Mrs. X later shared her opinions with the player regarding those three members by mentioning their skills and flaws.
