Ricky Winterwell
Ricky Winterwell is a Jor Jitsu-master who lives in New Hillcrest. He is Natalie Moonriver's boyfriend. The player can build reputation with Ricky. In the later quests, he is seen at Fort Pinta as a horse trainer in which the player could participate in the race that helps him exercise Mayor Peanut.
Appearance
Ricky appears as a strong but kindly, muscled, tall young man with light skin. He was originally released with short, curly, black hair and brown eyes but was changed early in his release to have orange hair and green eyes. He wears a white track shirt, green track shorts hemmed in light blue. He finishes off his look with blue and green track shoes.

Ricky becomes motivated to participate in the Jor Jitsu championship with the intent of paying off the loan for Nathalie to keep New Hillcrest Stables which Ivan threatened would be demolishes if left unpaid. Ricky goes up two rounds each against Jessica Lunar and an unnamed male opponent and wins the championship prize money, which saves Nathalie's stables and allows him to move onto the district championships.
Ricky's recklessness led him to make a bet that he would leave Jorvik forever if he lost against Luke Excavator in the district championships, however if he won, he would claim back his Jor Jitsu master Lucia Goldspur's paddock as well as force Luke and Ivan out of Jessica's Jor Jitsu club.
Etymology
The name Ricky is a diminutive of Richard which means "brave power". It is derived from the Germanic elements ric "power, rule" and hard "brave, hardy".

- Ricky is based of the character Robert "Rocky" Balboa from the Rocky Film Series.
- Ricky's hair is thought to have been changed due to him resembling the titular character too much and thus being modified to avoid copyright infringement.
