Skip
Skip is a race leader standing outside of Hugh's Rescue Paddock who is in charge of the two South Hoof Farm races. Recently moving to South Hoof, Skip found it the perfect place to ride his Gotland pony Cesar. He owns a black dog.
Appearance
Skip wears a brown helmet and a green sweater along with a white blouse, brown pants and long black boots. He has forest green eyes, dark skin and short black hair.

Skip takes a particular interest in the South Hoof Rescue Ranch's paddock as a horse training area for equitation and showjumping in which the player asks Hugh on behalf of Skip to use, offering to pay with what he has. Hugh happily accepts, as long as the training does not disrupt the healing and rehabilitation times of rescue horses. Hugh decides to take full responsibility for the payment and does not mind if Skip decides to help out at the ranch. Skip is willing to assist Hugh out in the ranch because of his passion to become a vet like him too.

The name "Skip" is derived from the American meaning of "Skipper" or "Sea Captain".
