Starshine Ranch Races (Western Games)
The Western Games are a set of races found at Starshine Ranch near (mostly) the sales area for the American Quarter Horses. The race is run by a race board, that is managed by Josh. The checkpoints in this race do not have flags on either side. These sets of races are a little different in that 5 seconds will accumulate to the players time score if they knock over any pole, barrel or run the wrong way into the checkpoint. Like Soul Riding and the circus races, players will be instanced by themselves whilst competing in it.

Opponent Races
The player will verse either Josh, Scott Buttergood or Beatriz.
Josh, who rides his bay American Quarter Horse is the fastest opponent, followed by Scott and his black splashed white American Quarter Horse and finally Beatriz with her buckskin overo Pintabian.

Objective
This is also known as the description which will show up once the player hovers over or clicks on one of the races.

| Barrel Racing | Loop your way around three barrels in a cloverleaf pattern. Then race back to the starting point. Be careful not to knock over any barrels! |
| Pole Bending | Race to the end of the poles, then loop your way around, and back again. Finish by racing back to where you started. Be careful not to hit the poles! |
| Lap Racing | Race around the hay-bale track in the arena, watching out for the various barrels along the way. |

Tips
- To win against an opponent in Pole Bending, a Happy horse would greatly increase your chances.
- Changing the camera angles may help with races like Pole Bending and Barrel Racing. (top angle camera).
Trivia
- Three of the races, Barrel Racing, Pole Bending and Lap racing were the first batch of races to be released, followed by Josh's Western Race a month later.
