The Old Elevator is an elevator located in the Valley of the Hidden Dinosaur, right after the player passes through the entrance.

Before you can have use of the elevator, you need to complete a quest where you have to fix it in order to make it work again, hence it not being "in-use" for years.
In order to do so, you will be lead to a race where you have to make your way down the dangerous cliffs of the valley with your horse. After you reach the bottom, you will then have to find certain tools and items to fix the elevator.
