Sample UI

The User Interface, or UI, is a menu surrounding the player's Star Stable screen.

Menu buttons

The UI is surrounded with buttons and other things which help out the player, such as the horseshoe menu.

Character and horse

The character and horse area in the menu is on the top left corner of the screen. It includes the character and horse's name and level. For the horse, it also shows its' XP meter and mood.

Notifications

The notifications menu shows the player their notifications and is placed in the top right corner on the very right. Notifications appear and disappear after a few seconds, and can be viewed when the player clicks on the arrow.

Photo Mode Button

The photomode button is a screenshotting function that saves photos to the player's computer which is placed in the middle of the three icons in the top right corner.

News Updates

The news updates button provides a summary of the latest game updates and is located on the left of the photomode button at the top right corner of the screen. It automatically opens when the player logs in after a Wednesday update. It can be opened or closed at any time in the game.

Horseshoe Menu

The horseshoe menu is a menu shaped like a horseshoe with a mini-map inside it and buttons on it.

Mini-map

The mini-map is a small map inside the horseshoe menu. Clicking on it will open up the full map. The mini-map has two buttons for zooming in and out and also displays the player's location and the group members' locations, if close enough.

Buttons

The horseshoe has buttons surrounding it. It includes a high score list, a friends list, the character sheet, global store, inventory, quest log, the club display and the collections.

XP Bar

The XP bar shows the player how close they are to the next level. The more yellow it has the closer the player is to the next level. The character sheet displays the exact amount of XP.

Chat

The chat button displays the chat and allows the player to write in the chat and also use emotions.

Star Rider Promotion Medal

For non Star-Riders, there is a Star Rider promotion in the shape of a horse medal. It automatically opens each time a player logs on for as long as they are a non Star Rider.

• The news update button was a new UI element released on the Halloween update of 2020.
• The photo mode feature was introduced on April of 2018.
