Quests
While helping Bella Oak, the environmental worker, with cleaning up the oil spillage, it turns out that three broken faucets at the Industrial Towers are the source. Therefore, Bella asks the player to check if the plumber Willy Watts would have some tools to help fix the faucets. Willy Watts looks for some and comes back with a couple of bits and pieces to help, which he asks the player to deliver.
