Flapper was a limited time race finisher while Flipper is the race starter who was first introduced during Christmas of 2020. She can be found on Silversong River near Pony's Point. Although she cannot speak, she is easily impressed by the player's ability to slide gracefully across the ice like her penguin friends. The race that she helps out with rewards the player with festive Wishes which can be exchanged for various items.

Flapper is a giant baby Emperor penguin with beady black eyes and black tips.
Trivia
- Flapper shares the same model and NPC bubble as Flipper.
- A few days before the race was released, Flipper and Flapper could be seen standing at their race posts but could not be interacted with
