Lowe Westberg
Lowe Westberg is an event planner who works, sets up, and runs the special Valentine's Friendship festivities at Jorvik Stables during the Valentine's Day event. She leads the Friendship Race which requires you to be in a group with one or more person. When finished, you will be gifted a Friendship Heart. She also does a Valentine's Day Jumping Course and, when you finish, you also get a Friendship Heart. Friendship Hearts can be exchanged for certain items in her basket.
