The Spa Keeper is a horse from the Foresters herd who can be found standing next to a spa pool in Tailtop Village near Wise Withers Lake. It is quite unwelcoming and perhaps discriminative of visitors.
Appearance
The Spa Keeper is a Mantle Silver Dapple Jorvik Wild Horse with a lion mane style. It wears a Foresters bridle and vine leg accessories accompanied by a large neck wreath of sunflowers.

The Spa Keeper mocked the player as if they were naive to visit this part of Wildwoods. The Spa Keeper offered them free mud bath spa treatment even though their paying customers are treated with hot massage stones.
