Thalia
Thalia is a theatre enthusiast who runs the theatre in Jarlaheim along with her partner Mel. She is also the casting director for the upcoming Canter Ella Movie. Later on, Thalia is also seen at the Purple Pony near the Canter Ella costumes as she worked with Rin to create it.
Appearance
Thalia appears as a dramatic, yet jovial, thin young woman, of average hight, medium dark skin, and blonde hair tied into slightly curled twin tails, with loose hair framing her face and straight bangs. She wears a dramatic electric blue off the shoulder dress with star patterns on the chest, a yellow ribbon around the waist, and a ruffled asymmetrical knee length skirt. she wears a laced black short leaved turtleneck underneath, black stockings, black ballroom gloves, and brown calf-length boots with yellow laces. She is often seen wearing a blue masquerade mask with yellow filigree patterns on the edges.
Etymology
The name Thalia is of Latinized Greek origin, from the Greek name Θαλεια (Thalia) derived form θαλλω (thallo) meaning "to blossom". This was also the name of one of the nine Muses of greek mythology who presided over comedy and pastoral poetry.
- Being named after a muse is fitting as Thalia is interested and skilled in the dramatic arts which the muses presided over in the Greek mythos and culture.
