This reputation faction is unlocked in the quest line in which The Baroness' Racetrack is rebuilt. Currently, outside of that quest line, the only way to build reputation with this faction is through the races given by Sir Tarik Modde. It unlocks access to multiple tack and clothing sets sold at the racetrack.
