Tim Hooper or Shibby Tim is a student from Jorvik City who works at Fort Pinta Beach Cafe during the summer. He is known for making drinks that are so disgusting that very few manage to drink them. Occasionally, the player can deliver Farah's goods to him when he is sitting on the side of a store cart in Fort Pinta.

- Tim is the only character in Star Stable Online that has his own reputation faction called the Fort Pinta Beach Association but is not in the game permanently.
- He is also called Shibby Tim
- He has his own shop in Fort Pinta where you can buy food for your horse
- He lives in Crescent Moon and can be seen talking with a girl who is hunched over with her head down
