Hello! My name is Daisy Eastborn on the Air Star-server. I've been on Star Stable Online since the beginning in October 2011, and currently haven't played for years. I logged on my account recently and found playing SSO once in a while very nostalgic. I used to be an admin of the Swedish Jorvikipedia way back, and decided to activate my account for the English version as it seems to be more active. The reason I'm activating my account is mainly to keep track of Daisys horses and their progress.
Daisy's horses
In Daisy's stable there are currently ten horses. Their names are all inspired by mythological gods and creatures.
- Skydancer aka Zeus - Jorvik Warmblood, Black Bay, Stallion (lvl 15) - Named after Zeus, ruler of all gods and the sky in greek mythology.
- Daydream aka Oneiros - Hanoverian, Black, Stallion (lvl 15) - Named after Oneiros, personification of dreams in greek mythology.
- Thunderstorm aka Thor - Percheron, Bay Pangaré, Stallion (lvl 15) - Named after Thor, norse god associated with lightning, thunder and storms.
- Nightfall aka Nyx - Gotland Pony, Black Splashed White, Mare (lvl 15)- Named after Nyx, greek goddess and personification of the night.
- Flowerpetal aka Flora - Appaloosa, Bay Extended Blanket, Mare (lvl 15) - Named after Flora, roman goddess of flowers and the season of spring.
- Sunbeam aka Helios - Paso Fino, Flaxen Chestnut, Stallion (lvl 15) - Named after Helios, the god and personification of the sun in greek mythology.
- Timeless aka Chronos - Lipizzaner, Steel Grey, Stallion (lvl 15) - Named after Chronos, personification of time in early greek philosophy.
- Fortunespell aka Fortuna - Belgian Warmblood, Light Grey, Mare (lvl 15) - Named after Fortuna, goddess of fortune and personification of luck in roman mythology.
- Earthquake aka Gaia - Tennessee Walking Horse, Sooty Buckskin, Mare (lvl 15) - Named after Gaia, goddess and personification of the earth in greek mythology.
- Cresentmoon aka Luna - Icelandic Horse, Buckskin Calico Tobiano, Mare - Named after Luna, personification of the moon in ancient roman mythology.
Daisy is currently keeping an eye on the following breeds: American Paint Horse (Buckskin Tobiano or Dapple Grey Tobiano), Finnhorse (Flaxen Chestnut Pangaré or Sun Bleached Black) and Haflinger (Flaxen Chestnut).
She's contemplating naming her future horses names such as; Apollo (music), Artemis (hunting/wilderness), Aurora (dawn), Balder, Eirene (peace), Idun (apples), Olympus, Pandora (gift, giving), Poseidon (sea), Selene (moon) and Venilia (wind/sea).
