Water the Horses at Hillcrest Stables is a stable chore questline in Star Stable: The Autumn Rider. The chore consists of grooming all the horses at the stable in Hillcrest.
Quest Activation Requirements
To activate this quest, the player must:
- Have completed the quest where Monica is searching for her lost broom.
Walkthrough
Water the Horses at Hillcrest Stables
- Interact with the Notice Board at the town square in Hillcrest, next to the well.

The horses have had a rough day. Would someone give me a hand watering them? Monica
Quest Log: You must water all the horses at Hillcrest Stables. Let Monica know when you’re done.
- Pick up the red bucket at Hillcrest Stables. The bucket is located on the right of the entrance highlighted with white sparkles.
- Walk over to the well in the town square and fill up the bucket with water. Do this by selecting the bucket and drag it on top of the well and release the mouse button when the bucket item border turns green.
- Go back to the stable in front of one of the horses.
- Select the water filled bucket and drag it to the horse head. Release the button when the border of the water filled bucket item turns green.
- Go to the next horse and repeat step 4 until all horses have been watered.
- After all horses have received their water, speak with Monica in front of the stable.
