Edith Octavia Hartwood
Edith Octavia Hartwood was a legendary figure that was the first to set foot in the Wildwoods. There are many theories about who she was or why she ventured into the Wildwoods. Some people believe she was one of the first Jorvik Rangers to ever venture into the Wildwoods. Others believe her to be an adventurer, operating independently from the rangers. Some people say she is just a myth. It is said she spent years studying the different fauna and flora all over Jorvik and later the Jorvik Wild Horses in the Wildwoods in a bid to protect them. Edith mysteriously disappeared one day, and people began speculating her disappearance with absurd theories. In one of the quests, the player discovers Edith's spyglass, last journal entry, as well as a map which revealed the ambiguous truth of her disappearance, that she eventually decided to cut all communication with humans and "become one with the forest" in Enitan's words.

- She has not been seen in-game and only mentioned in speech as she is most likely deceased.
