Herding Horses are a task that is part of the Camp Western Event.
Appearance
There are four herdable horses. They are the same color and breed every day of the event:
- Bay Tobiano American Paint Horse
- Bay Pinto Chincoteague Pony
- Blue Roan American Quarter Horse
- Fleabitten Grey Arabian

Function
There are four horses hidden Firgrove each day of the event which must lured back to the pasture of Starshine Ranch. When encountering a horse, the player simply has to interact with it, trade them a herding lure, and the horse will follow indefinitely. The player can collect one or more horses before returning to the ranch but if the player does not have any lures, the horses will not follow. If the player logs off while leading a horse, the horse will return to its original hiding spot, but the player will not have to use another lure to get them to follow again.
Returning the horses to the corral and speaking with Westly will reward player five summer tokens, 90 Jorvik Shillings, and 300 horse XP each.
Locations
The four herding horses change locations each day of the week, but they are always located in the Firgrove region of the map.
