Jessica was the original model of one of Dark Core's Dark Riders. She is an antagonist in Starshine Legacy: Legend of Pandoria and later on, Star Stable Online. In 2021, her character was updated.
Appearance
Before Update
Jessica has sleek layered raven black hair, kept in a ponytail. Her eyes are bright green, with slightly noticeable makeup around her face.
After Update
Jessica wears a black waistcoat and green tie over a white striped blouse. She has dark skin and short black hair. She also wears green pants and brown boots. Her belt seems to have a unique double diamond buckle that is silver and she has a dark earring on one ear.
Personality
Jessica is incredibly competitive and determined; while being a troublemaker who finds amusement at the cost of others. She is known to be passionate about fashion, and her looks. Jessica loses her temper quickly, and tends to be slightly more aggressive than her fellow Dark Riders. She seems to constantly feel a need to prove herself to Mr. Sands, causing her to act irrationally. She is also known to especially harbour a hate for Anne Von Blyssen.
Towards the player, she was slightly more lax and careless in her confrontations.

The player sees Jessica on Dark Core's oil platform when she searches for Justin. It becomes clear then that Jessica is one of the Dark Riders. Jessica is one of Garnok's generals, and is known to have a quick temper. She is present during every infiltration of Dark Core's oil rig, and could be seen at the portal summoning of Katja.
At one point in the game, she steals Kora Pelletier's bird 'Beeper' for unknown reasons to the player. After racing after her, Jessica gives the bird back. She lets the player know Dark Core will not be stopped, and claims that she despises squirrels.

Trivia
- According to Alex, Jessica and Sabine look like twins.
- It is assumed she has the opposite powers than that of Anne's.
- Jessica is a traditionally feminine name, that has Hebrew roots. It means both 'rich' and 'God beholds'.
