Starshine Legacy

The stables are owned by Herman and Lisa, Linda, Alex, and Anne all have their horses stabled there. Multiple events happen here throughout the Starshine Legacy games.

Star Stable

Star Stable: The Autumn Rider

In Star Stable: The Autumn Rider, the player starts out in the Jorvik Stables and learns how to ride and care for their horse. Herman has his 'General Riding' where the player can collect medals and is also used to teach the basics of riding a horse in the game. There is also a shop with equipment and feed available, as well as a stable. The stable has horses available for purchase and the player can do stable chores to earn Stable Points (SP). There is a place to rest and save at the house in front of the stable on the east side.

Inhabitants

• Beatrice - Helps Herman at Jorvik Stables.

• Barbara - A veterinarian stationed in Jorvik Stables.

• Herman - The stable warden of Jorvik Stables.

Shop

The shop can be found at the main stable building, where Herman is standing, but is on the other end of the stable building at the southern gate.

Jorvik Stables

The stables have three stalls with three horses available for purchase, listed below:

• Finnhorse

"As the only horse breed native to Finland the Finnish Horse has the pride of a nation to carry on its back. The Finnish is known for its pulling power, its strength and its agility. It's a hard worker and a good friend."

• Irish Draft

"As its name indicates, the Irish Draft originates from Ireland. It's a cross between heavier and lighter breeds that has created a brave horse with a powerful body and a natural jumping ability."

• Russian Riding Horse

"Originally named Orlov-Rostopchin, this beautiful and strong horse comes, as its name indicates, from Russia. A wide variety of bloodlines have been combined to breed it. It is excellent for eventing, thanks to its good bone structure and long legs."

The chores are listed on the notice board in front of the main stable building with Herman. These can be done however many times as the player wants to in a day.

Geography

Jorvik Stables in The Autumn Rider is located at the western middle part of the accessible map with the ocean meeting it on the west. There is a mountain range behind with the Devil's Gap going through it to the north. Going east, there is a road to Hillcrest, and outside the stables in the south direction, there is an island with a paddock on it.
