Herman Wetton is an character that has several appearances across games. He is first introduces in the Starshine Legacy series as one of the protagonists.

Herman has his usual appearance with a black leather vest on top of a green t-shirt. His straight jeans are blue and sneakers are brown-orange with white laces. His hair is in a low ponytail with a bald spot on top of his head and sideburns.

Star Stable: The Autumn Rider

In Star Stable: The Autumn Rider, Herman is the stable warden of Jorvik Stables and introduces the player to the game. He also is responsible for who will be able to participate in the final challenge of the game, the Claymore Challenge.

During the introduction, he teaches the player how save places work, how to change equipment, caring for the horse and the basics in horse riding. His race 'General Riding' at Jorvik Stables focuses on teaching how the different horse gaits work, which increases the horse's discipline. After introducing the player to the game, he also introduces the player to Linda, Lisa, Alex and Camilla Turnstone, who can be found around Jorvik. And as the player levels up, Herman will update the player on the process of choosing of who will be able to participate in the Claymore Challenge and finally at level 11, he texts the player that they've been chosen and need to hurry back to Jorvik Stables.

Star Stable: The Summer Rider

In Star Stable: The Summer Rider, Herman has come to visit Coyote at his ranch to build a replica of the castle from Claymore, the McKinney Castle. The replica has been named Herman Castle. However, Mr. Sands is not happy with this, as he is angry that Herman has built something more grand and beautiful than his own estate, the Pine Hill Mansion, and wants it demolished. Mr. Sands is demanding to see the building permit, which Herman is unable to show in time as it is at Coyote's ranch. So, Herman is trying to bide time while Coyote and the player finds the permit. When the player brings the permit back to Herman, its too late. Mr. Sands has already left ready to call for the demolishers. Herman asks the player if they could ride as hard as they can, maybe, they could bring Mr. Sands the papers before its too late. It turns out that the car Mr. Sands was in crashed in the swamp, so the player is able to bring the papers in time before any demolition can happen. After the building permit has been settled, Herman introduces the player to Lisa, who has made a new trail through the swamp.
