Mallard
Mallard is the shopkeeper at Beauvista Village in Star Stable: The Spring Rider.
Appearance
Mallard shares character model and icon with Manny, another shopkeeper at Rockville Village. Both differ from their icon and each other with hair color and color of clothing. Mallard has blond hair and pink shirt. His bow and suspenders are red and jeans green. He wears brown sneakers with white laces.

Quests
Mallard helps both Linda and Anne, both riding instructors hired by Jordan Jet, the new stable warden of Rockville Stables. Linda is looking for a spade to fix the Beauvista Paddock. However, he recently sold his last spade to Lorna Thorne, the stable warden of Beauvista Stables, and tells the player to check with Lorna if she has any spare to lend instead. Anne has ordered flags to decorate the Sunnyvale Arena she is taking care of, but Mallard has no more coloring left to color the flags. Therefore, he asks the player to check if Kevin is able to help, as he is described to help with the textile coloring. Kevin agrees and asks for help by the player. After the new coloring has been delivered, Mallard colors the flags and asks the player to deliver them to Anne. He also asks the player to bring some cash to Kevin as thanks, which Kevin shares with the player.
