Willow
Willow is a mare from the Mystics herd who can be found in the Tadpole Fens. She was born into the the Warriors heard, but left to join the Mystics as she felt a stronger connection to their way of life. Since leaving the Warriors, Willow is constantly faced with the burden of having left her sister Ash behind. Her favourite place in Wildwoods is The Sentinel Tree.
Appearance
Willow is a grullo striped Jorvik Wild Horse who has brown eyes tipped with a blue swirl. She also has a blue and white mane which is decorated with glowing aqua mushrooms and wears Mystic leg bracelets.
Star Stable Online
The player meets Willow skygazing and told them its signifcance for the Mystics to find meaning from the sky. Later on, the player found her as the one who stole the flowers from the Forester foals at the end of the trail of petals. Willow tried to justify that it was for The Sentinel Tree’s offering shrine even though the player had rebuilt it earlier for Alder. Then Willow discusses her concern of someone who keeps trampling over their shrine which was revealed to be Ash who was defensive about it as the Warrior way of life. Willow was hurt by Ash’s doubt about her being a Mystic and took time to recollect herself. She later reveals that she was still unsure about whether the Mystic way of life was her path. To reconnect with the Warrior inside, she asked the player to venture into the Tailtop Village area and find the potted plant which went missing since she the Warriors. The plant was gifted to her by Ash when she saw how lonely Willow looked despite earning her first stripe as a Warrior.
The short comics revealed that Willow had been bullied for gazing at the stars ever since childhood, but Ash tried her best to scold them. As she grew older, she showed curiousity in the mushroom and acorn trade between Ziggy and Alder. Ziggy's confidence in defining himself as a "squirrel", inspired Willow to become a Mystic. Alder helped assimilate her to the Mystic way of life in which Ash was furious about.
In the quests with Gary Goldtooth, Willow brought the bad news that one of the Foresters named Cedar had travelled to the outside world lost his rider, Huck. Willow seemed to share a telepathic connection with Cedar and could sense that he was in great fear. When Gary asks for a Jorvik Wild horse to give him a ride to save Cedar, Willow was the first to encourage Ash to go with him.
Journal Entry
Quirky and eccentric, Willow was once a member of the Warriors herd, but she always felt like she didn't belong. Thankfully, she found her way to the Mystics and connected deeply with their spiritual way of life. She's felt at home ever since. Her only woe is her tense relationship with her older sister, Ash, who she left behind when she joined the Mystics.
