Mr. Gilligan has the exact same character model as Mr. Peebles, with the same color scheme. He has light blue overalls with a big, green jacket. His turtleneck underneath is dark blue, his gloves are brown and shoes black with white details. He also has a brown cap and black sunglasses.

Quests

At Alex's recommendation, Mr. Gilligan introduces himself as the Human Resources Director and that any requests for participation for the Decker Horse Show is to be made through Mr. Sands. After Mr. Sands approves the player to continue proving their worth, Mr. Gilligan requires the player to complete the stable chores before he introduces them to Mr. Peebles for the 'Pine Hill Grand Prix'.
