Mr. Peebles
Mr. Peebles is one of Mr. Sands' goons, who in Star Stable: The Winter Rider can be found in the Pine Hill Indoor Riding Ring.
Appearance
Mr. Peebles has the exact same character model as Mr. Gilligan, with the same color scheme. He has light blue overalls with a big, green jacket. His turtleneck underneath is dark blue, his gloves are brown and shoes black with white details. He also has a brown cap and black sunglasses.

Quests
Mr. Peebles take care of the 'Pine Hill Grand Prix' in the Pine Hill Indoor Riding Ring. After the first race has been completed and if the player is on level 11, the spot for the Decker Horse Show can be competed for with Sabine, also found at the Pine Hill Indoor Riding Ring.
